SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms and Conditions

We are offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

  • By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you agree to these terms and to resolve any disputes through binding individual arbitration.
