Returns & Refunds Policy

At Vintup, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your vintage clothing, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@vintup.com with your order number and details of your return request.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for returned items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased during sales, with a discount code, or marked as "final sale"
  • Gift cards, customized products, and downloadable software

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@vintup.com for further instructions.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • If you are shipping an item over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
